Initial Programming of K66 with JTAGjet

I am working with a custom board with a MK66FN2MOVMD18 processor.  Whenever I try to connec using JTAGjet I get the error "Fatal error:  Reading CPU status failed"

If it is possible, could you please post the K66 JTAG related circuit?

Or you could check chapter 2.1.5.3 Debug interface of <<Kinetis Peripheral Module Quick Reference>>.

If you have another debugger tool, such as Segger J-Link or P&E USB Multilink? If there with also the same result?
