IRC48M long term drift

Hi,

Looking at IRC48M Specs for the K22P121M120SF7, Technical Data Rev. 7.1, 08/2016,
Open loop total deviation of IRC48M frequency at high voltage (VDD=1.89V-3.6V) over 0°C to 70°C,
Max deviation (+/- 3 sigma ) is given as +/- 0.5%.

Does this include long term drift?
Are there any long term drift data available for the IRC48M?

Hello,

Please be note that the IRC48M does not do a phase lock at all and the frequency lock is approximate, guaranteed only to be within the spec mentioned in the datasheet. The long term drift is really un-dertermined and not included.
