IEC standards for Kinetics K10 family

I would like to know the test results for IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD immunity test) , IEC 61000-4-3 (Radiated radio-frequency electromagnetic field immunity test) & IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT immunity test) for K10 & HSC08 family of micro controllers.

Can anyone share the reports for IEC tests passed by these µCs?
