How to write/read a 32bits variable to external sdram 16 bits port

Hi everyone

I connect k66 with a sdram 16 bits. After initiation I write a uint32_t to sdram and read it again. But it doesn't work. The Read variable =0. 

We can use 32 bits data in 16 bits external sdram, can't we?

if yes, how do we configure it?
