Since we have few TSI pins.

How do you suggest a multiplex matrix keyboard with Kinetics M0 ? an 3x4 TSI keyboard ?

I recommend taking a look at Freescale's Xtrinsic Touch Sense Software: http://www.freescale.com/TSS

This library of functions supports configurations for touch keypads, sliders and more.
