How to flash a program with CAN

I want to write the program created by MCUXpresso to the target board via CAN.

It would be helpful if you could tell me what kind of method is available.

As a result of my research, I arrived at the MCU Bootloader.

But it's difficult for me to understand.

It would be helpful if you could tell me if there is any other way.

FRDM-KW36, TWR-KE18F, TWR-KV46F150M
