How many cycles-per-instruction (CPI) does the K series (with Cortex M4) require?

I need to have very fast response time to Kinetis GPIO inputs and outputs, so minimizing the CPI would be beneficial.  But I'm having a hard time finding CPI documented anywhere.

I think you will find instruction cycle information for the Cortex M4 on the ARM website.
