How controller clock frequency is distributed among different Channel banks ?

If a microcontroller is operating on 24 MHz clock frequency and has 3 channels. each channel is having 2 cores, So how 24MHz is distributed among channel or cores?

Which microcontroller do you use? Different MCU has different clock tree.
