Hi,
Could tell me the GPIO status of Kinetis K27 between Power-on and POR?
I care that K27 output a pulse or drive to high/low during power-up sequence.
During POR, it will be status as Table 11-2 at reference manual. But I couldn't find the status between power-on and POR.
Best regards,
M.Kiniwa

Hi Robin,
Thank you for your confirmation.
I see your test result. But I need this status about all GPIO and a guaranty of this result.
Could you confirm all GPIO and check MCU design?
Best regards,
M.Kiniwa

Hi Masahiro,
Sorry for the late reply!
Would you please attach waveform that you found? And tell us which pin are you testing.
I don't have K27 MCU. Maybe I can check it on FRDM-K28F.
Best Regards,
Robin

Hi Robin,
I didn't test it, yet. And it didn't occur a problem on FRDM-K28F.
But I must know the status between Power-on and POR for preventing a problem to the application.
Could you tell me its status by test or MCU design?
Best regards,
M.Kiniwa

The K28 and K27 have same Mask Set, so I think the status of GPIO between Power-on and POR should be same too.
I observe the waveform of PTA30 pin on FRDM-K28F by oscilloscope, did not find pulse or drive to high.
Best Regards,
Robin
