Flash programming MKE04Z64VLD4

I am trying to repair a piece of equipment that one of these chips has failed. I was able to use Segger EDU Mini and J-Flash to read the fw from a known good chip but it does not let me write/flash to the new chip without a more expensive device or license. 

I am asking if there is some alternative that doesn't cost a ton of money to read/write to these chips. (MKE04Z64VLD4)

I recommend you use the mcu-link. It can be used with the KE04, and it only costs 13.99 USD.
