I have K60 tower board with 1M flash memory.
My question is general flash writing life cycle. I have hard time to find.
Is about 10,000,000?
What is best solution if I need to save run-time data in to non-volatile memory every second? EEPROM / Flash?

That information is available in the Kinetis device datasheet. See the picture below from the MK60FN1M0VLQ12 datasheet:
Now for your particular case you need to save data very often (1 sec), so maybe an external EEPROM is a better option.
