FRDM K64F Red&Green light during OpenSDA Debug installation

Hi, currently for my class, I've been closely following our installation instructions for our K64F and Kinetis Design Studio app, but the nearly last step involves installing the

DEBUG-FRDM-K64F_Pemicro_v108a_for_OpenSDA_v2.0.bin

After pasting that into the  MAINTENANCE, the window will close, and then my board will show a simultaneous red and green light. (This is in Windows 10, which may or may not be part of the problem). That's the main problem.

Obviously something was wrong, but just to make sure, I tried to go ahead and do a sample code in the Kinetis Design Studio. After doing the debug configuration, and clicking debug, it'll run to ~halfway and then ask me to erase:

image.pngimage.pngimage.pngpastedImage_1.png which I'm a little worried might do something weird, so after clicking no to multiple pop-ups:

pastedImage_2.png and then finally:

pastedImage_3.png will pop up.

And so finally at this point, after going through multiple questions and pages, I'm at a standstill.

I've looked at NXP's website https://www.nxp.com/design/microcontrollers-developer-resources/ides-for-kinetis-mcus/opensda-serial...  (but just redirect's me to PEMicro's http://www.pemicro.com/opensda/  page, which already has everything I downloaded.)

I'm not sure if it's ok to try to install the MSB instead of just the DEBUG.bin file, but that's what this website says to do (

https://www.nxp.com/design/microcontrollers-developer-resources/ides-for-kinetis-mcus/opensda-serial...  ).

My bootloader and drivers are all appearing and updated, it's only this debug (.bin) file that I feel so confused about not working. Thanks!

(For even more information I attached the details.txt link that appearing in my MAINTENANCE mode)
