Hello , I am new to the FRDM-K64F. I deleted the Demo program by mistake. Does any one knows where I could get it from?

Sure, please download to FRDM-K64F Quick Start Package. Freedom Development Platform for Kinetis K|NXP

Anyway, you can take a look also at KSDK, Software Development Kit for Kinetis MCUs|NXP and you can try and modify more examples.

For first steps I recommend you How to start with KSDK
