We want to make design with NAND FLASH, but it is not documented in current manual K60P144M100SF2RM rev 5. Is it possible to get NAND FLASH controller documaentation?

100MHz version of K60 does not have NCF, you must see RM for 120/150 MHz version K60P144M150SF3RM
