Debugging issues with different versions of MK60FN1M0VLQ155 materials 3N96B and 5N96B

MK60FN1M0VLQ15 material 3N96B and 5N96B have different versions, and the current network port pin does not work. It is OK to replace them with 3N96B. Please help and support me to see the differences between the two versions and see how to modify them. Thank you!

The only difference is that mask set 5N96B and mask set 3N96B has different errata sheet, but you can find both errata sheets on the next link

There is no difference between the 5N96B and 3N96B errata comparisons, and the network interface link is not available. What troubleshooting needs to be done?

 You can check if you have any data on the ethernet pins, please check that you do not have any manufacture problem, like open pin, solder short, missing part, wrong part.
