we need to identify the manufacturing date of an MLL02Z32VFG4 for internal quality reasons (chip is ok).

The package markings are:

M2TS (stand for the type)

AMJP (seems to be the date code)

Can you please help us to identify the manufacturing date? .

                                        ON50M

                                        AEGQF (seems to be the date code)
