Cannnot access memory of MKL26Z64VFT4 microcontroller using keil

hi

currently i am working on a project using MKL26Z64VFT4 micro controller. I am using jlink to program the micro controller. But i am facing an  issue right now. Keil shows "cannot access memory"  and after that "error: flash download failed - Target DLL has cancelled". The error came when i am trying to initiate loading hex file to micro controller.  Did anyone faced issue like this. Please help me regarding the issue.

Hi,

Did you use the NXP evaluation board or only a customer board? Usually the error " Cannot access memory" caused by incorrect memory setting. Pls double check. For example check link command file which configures the SRAM and flash space for the application code and data.
