Looking for a STEP model preferably or a solidworks model that anyone would not mind sharing. NXP makes the PCB design files available so an export could be made but they don't provide the files in a format compatible with my PCB design software.

Yes NXP doesn't provide FRDM-K64F 3D model. Maybe you can find some chip model here https://www.nxp.com/support/developer-resources/models-and-test-data/microcontroller-symbols-footpri.... Then you can build it by yourself.
