Can I write to Program Once IFR with an external device?

During production, we would like to write serial numbers to the program once field using the SWD connector (or maybe via ezPort?) How do we go about doing that? Is it possible with a PEMicro Cyclone? I think we need an algorithm to access the FCCOB registers.

I am using MK64FX512VLL12. Being able to program the PFLASH and DLFASH IFRs will sure come in handy for production.

Hi

The OTP memory can't be programmed via EzPort.
It can be programmed via Jtag/SWD, however the controlling device needs to load a program to do it into SRAM (as it needs to do to program Flash). I see no reference to the PEMicro Cyclone programming tools supporting this but it is possible if the tools are give the capability - you should contact PEMicro to ask specifically.
