Good Morning,
I need a very simple help. Do you have a getting started document, that explains step by step how the build the bare metal examples in KDS 3.0.2.
The only explanation i found is this one :
MKMxxZxxACxx5 Bare Metal Software Drivers: Introduction
CREATING NEW PROJECT
Execute make_project.exe
script from the "template" subfolder to create a new project. The script creates a new project based on selected toolchain, debugger probe, device derivative and project name. The new project can be either standalone or part of drivers' installation. The standalone project will be created in a specific subfolder and it will contain snapshot of all source files necessary to build application.
Ok, I have a standalone project, but how to get it into KDS. It seems KDS 3.0.2 does not recognize any project....
Hi Olivier,
I'm not sure why you need KDS3.0.2. The most update KDS is 3.2, nobody use 3.0.2. I haven't install it either. Since the steps of create a new project should be same. The attachment is KDS user guide. Please see or let customer see section 2.2. This file also can be found in KDS install directory.
KDS has many patch to compatible with new SDK and function. You can download them from Design Studio Integrated Development Environment (IDE) | NXP . The old version and patch is in the "previous" table.
Regards,
