BSDL file for MK10DN512VMD10

Hi

I need the BSDL files for MK10DN512VMD10 (144-ball BGA) and MK10DN512VLQ10 (144-pin QFP). The archive listed under the device's Software & Tools page ("K10_100MHZ_BSDL (REV 0)", Download URL: http://cache.nxp.com/files/microcontrollers/hardware_tools/models/bsdl/K10_100MHZ_BSDL.zip ) only contains the BSDL file for the 121-pin version.

Thank you for supplying the BSDL file. However, it does not seem to have a valid IDCODE for my specific device, MK10DN512VMD10 (we are using both the 144MAPBGA and 144LQFP variants).

I am using the XJTAG XJLink device to connect to the processor, which reports the following:

ID Codes read:

0x4BA00477

Chain intact - No errors found

IR length of chain: 4

Device 1 (No BSDL File)

Read : 01001011101000000000010001110111 (0x4BA00477)

If I now supply your BSDL file (K10_144BGA_13x13.bsdl) to the software, I get the following error:

Can you explain why the device reports a different ID Code from that specified in the BSDL file?
