failed to unsecure Kinetis device

Hello all,

     I used the chip is MK11DN512VLK5 , and found always appear the Jlink not found the chip .

    

    This is found the chip is can't used command to erase , can't  used command to unlock Kinetis . And now I was can't programming this chip .

    So I want to know how to make the chip back to normal ? Thanks for your help.

Forget to say I used the JLink driver is SEGGER JLINK 6.12a

It seems failed to connect board with JLINK.

I recommend you ask to the SEEGER company support :

Hi Alice,

    I connect other board is ok ,is no problem . Only some MK11DN512VLK5 have this problem .
