cannot able to create binary file

Application Launcher is giving error "Launch Failed Binary not found". how to overcome this error.

I have search in project folder there  is no .bin file is located. What might be the reason?

is this problem a common issue for all project or only for a specific project.

the similar issue is recorded in release note, I extract it here for your convenience. release note is also attached.
