while , it show :

Where am i wrong ?

And when debug ,it can work well .

it could cause incorrect settings.

Please, check your flash settings.

It appears it programmed and verified correctly, which is what you would expect if you are trying to flash it.  Looks like it's just reporting that it disconnected after programming and verifying correctly, so what is the error?
