What is OpenOCD..?

          I found following options while debugging a project.

                         1.     Debug_OpenOCD

                         2.     Debug_PNE

                         3.     Debug_Segger

Please make me aware of following things..

          What are they..? What is the need for them..? and How to deal with them..?
