Context: I know that KDS is being phased out, but I have a client who needs a bugfix.

Problem: When I launched KDS 3.2 with the client's workspace, I got the message:

The project description file (.project) for my project is missing

What's a little odd is that there *is* a .project file in the directory.  From reading other comments on Eclipse (not specifically KDS), there's a suggestion that I can delete the project and re-import all the files, but then I'd have to reinstate all the project properties and I'm not sure I'd capture all the details correctly.

Is this something people have seen before, and/or have a solution for?

Never seen that error message.

Have you tried to import the project into a new/clean workspace?
