Getting started tutorial?

Hi, is there a doc, video or other resource explaining how to get started?  Specifically for the KE02 processors.  I've downloaded KDS and SDK 2.0, but this tutorial suggests I need to install an eclipse update, which is not in the SDK 2.0.  The tutorial was using an older version.  Is there an updated set of tutorials, or some guided path (rather than lots of trial and error)?

And is there somewhere that explains what the various names/acronyms mean and if I need them (such as CMSIS, Processor Expert, etc)?

KE0x is not supported KSDK1.x

on NXP external website

I also didn't find KSDK2.0 package for KE0x:

where did you get it?
