S32K311/312 - does it include a built-in bootloader?

We want to eliminate the need for a JTAG or SWD programming interface. Does the S32K311/312 (100-pin) MCU include a built-in bootloader? We would like to be able to program through CAN.

Hi @klv222 

No, S32K3 devices do not have built-in bootloader. Such features was available on older automotive devices like MPC5xxx, it was called serial boot mode. But there’s nothing like that on S32K3 and new device must be programmed via JTAG/SWD. That’s the only option.
