Can you verify below functional test failure for this MPN : TJA1050T/CM,118.
During FCT Testing stage, we found functional failure with failure symptoms of COMMUNICATION FAIL in MPN#TJA1050T/CM 118.
While checking the impedance value of the failed part, we found it to be 7.5K ohms, compared to the 1.2M ohms recorded for the working component.MPN-TJA1050T/CM,118.
Can you guide me what is the possible root cause for this.
