GUI-GUIDER log-in failure

I downloaded and installed GUI-GUIDER v1.9.0-GA from nxp.com.

Host machine is Windows 11.

I've attempted to run GUI-GUIDER as user, and administrator. When entering my NXP username and password, authentication fails. Using the same NXP username and password I am able to log into my profile directly at nxp.com => I have the correct username and password. I tried to log into GUI-GUIDER when logged out of nxp.com ==>> same authentication fail.

So that I can get some work done, I tried GUI-GUIDER v1.8.1-GA that I have installed from last year. This time, authentication passes, and I get option to send 2FA by text message. But I never receive 2FA text message.

When I log into nxp.com, I get 2FA by text message within 10 seconds.

==>> Your user login server is down.

Please get this corrected as soon as possible.

Currently the GUI Guider login is experiencing issues, as you mention. The GUI Guider team is aware of this issue and actively working on it to resolve it as soon as possible. Please be patient while the problem is resolved.
