GUI GUIDER 1.9.0 : create project error "download is failed"

Hello,

When I try to create a project with GUI GUIDER (1.9.0 or 1.8.1)  it finished with an error :

"Download is failed, please check your network"

Since I successed to login in GUI GUIDER, I don't think my network is the problem.

What could be the problem?

Ok not working for me.

I will try to uninstall and reinstall.

Does it exists an offline version that don't need the network to run ?

Still the create project error "download is failed please check your network" after uninstall reinstall.

Can we configure the proxy setting somewhere in GUI GUIDER ?

I disconnected the network, and the project can still be successfully created.

Maybe the first time after install it needs to download things when create project and not after ?

If I disconnected the network I have directly the error "dowload is failed please check your network". 

If I don't disconnected the network I have this error after about 20secondes.

I try to add an exception in firewall but still not works.

Maybe a proxy configuration to set ? Where can I set proxy configuration ?

I haven't set up a proxy.

Can you try to change to another network？

Hi @Harry_Zhang ,

With another connection that do not have proxy it's ok, I successfuly create the first project.

After this first project creation, I can create projects with the connection that have proxy without issue.

I think what happened with proxy connection is that I can login in GUI GUIDER with the browser window but GUI GUIDER can't download the things he need at the first project creation.

I tested the GUI GUider-1.9.0.

I can successfully create a project.
