Download stops when using template

Hello! My PC is Windows 11 and the GUI guider version is 1.6.1 .

What I'm having trouble with is When I started the GUI guider,

Selected "Create a new project" and selected Aircon,

a download bar appeared at the bottom of the screen, but Always stop along the way.

This occurs every time even if I choose a template other than Aircon.

See attached photo. Could you please tell me how to deal with this?

I downloaded the offline template. I started the GUI guider and selected "Import a local project".

However, no project files were found in the offline template.

I couldn't use "Create a New Project" either, so I couldn't create a project. Also, there is no problem with my network.
