Hello All,

I'm looking to integrate LPTMR and FTM Timers into my own application, but they run into the same problems. The application is working but then times out or is overloaded in Freemaster. Oscilloscope shows that the board appears to be working fine, even after the timeout in Freemaster.

The issue is also present when using some of the MDT-Examples. Attached is the example "ftm_hall_sensor_tof_s32k14x.slx" I'm using.

The issues appears to be the tof or the counter from the tof in the FTM-Triggered-Function. Models that don't have the tof or an input into / memory read within a FTM-Triggered-Function (or a LPTMR ISR Function) work without issue in Freemaster.

I changed the solver setting but it made no difference.

How can I resolve the issue?

Below some pictures to hopefully add a bit of clarity.

Hello,

If anyone comes across this post, I found the solution for my model.

The issue was the setting from Freemaster.

The solution, at least for myself:

Hello @Sam_ECU ,

We had a look at the model attached and set a FreeMaster project as you can see below, but after waiting a long period of time, we could not see any errors in the communication, although we tested this over a long period of time. Can you attach you own FreeMaster project?

Hope this helps,

Marius

Hallo @mariuslucianand

Thanks a lot for the help, I appreciate it.

Attached the Examples including slx, pmp and output from Simulink.

All I did was change the config info for my board.
