Programming FMUK66 for first use

My RDDRONE-FMUK66 board could not connect using the debugger given by the it. As i was following the gitbook step by step, im stuck at the bootloader part. When using Jlink Commander in Windows and trying to connect MK66FN2M0xxx18 through SWD as the target interface, it gives out a response "cannot connect to target" why is that? can anybody help me?

You need to power up the FMU via USB or the included power module to be able to program it.
