Customer is working on the 150W design (24V/6.25A) now, but currently facing start up when output current is 3A (the pin 15 will be trigger), 2A/4A is normal operation, any idea for this issues? Below is start up waveform
Hello,
The issue at 3A startup may be due to SNSCURLLC triggering prematurely—TEA2017 allows this during startup to avoid false OCP. Verify your schematic using the TEA2017 design tool and check if the calculation sheet parameters align with expected startup behavior. Adjusting soft-start or current sense thresholds may help stabilize the 3A condition.
