i have tried on my TWR-8200 board, as you know that I can download the code correctly.
Regarding the CMD>CM, the CW tools download the programming flash code to the internal P RAM, the address is 0x60000, but I do not know the meaning of the length.
Pls check the power supply pin and confirm if the SRAM is powered. Pls change another board and have a try.
