Via JTAG I have loaded the CAN bootloader in the DSP56F8357, and now I need to load my application via CANBUS.

1- What steps is it necessary to realize the load?

2 - How can I modify the BOOT START DELAY via CANBUS?

3 - which CAN -identifiers should be used?

I use IXXAT USB-to-CAN compact.

Modification of BOOT START DELAY is only at compile time given the design of the boot code.

Do you have the source? If so you can customize it.
