problem related to uart instance

when I am trying to debug the uart_blocking example code of KSDK_1.3.0 ,in my kinetics controller board (MK24FN1M0xxx12).It is getting failed and showing the error  saying that "expression failed instance <3U".I used instance 4.Can anyone tell whats the
