problem ethernet switch vs hub

Hello,

I have made with coldfire a network with Ethernet (without using protocols). I connect several cards by means of switch or through hub and the network works well. But I have switch industrialist and nothing works. They have said to me that it can be a problem with the levels. It can be that? as I can solve the problem. I have a M52233demo
