messages tasks to taks

i'am working on coldfire V2 mcf52259

and i would like to know how it's possible to communicate from to task to another one

in fact i would like to create a tasks for SPI, and a over tasks for my I/Os

and the task for the I/Os need to send a message but over taks too.

API of any RTOS always includes messages between the tasks.
