I know that I read this somewhere but I can't find the reference for it.
A portion of the internal RAM is made non-volatile through the use of a battery connected to vstby.
I remember reading it somewhere. Does anyone know if it is the upper half or lower half that is retained?
Where is the reference for this information?
I am designing another product that may need to use this feature.
Thanks.

Open the Reference Manual. Type "Control-F", search for "standby" and the first match will tell you.
