I m newbie in Freescale products, I d like to ask does the M52235EVB kit contain a debugger or programmer? It is written that it includes a wiggler cable only. I m confused with this. Could someone enlighten me, which debugger and/or programmer do I need for this board? Any help will be appreciated..
The M52235EVB ($299) comes with a 128k limited Codewarrior version. It has also a USB Coldfire MULTILINK from P+E so you have everything which you need to work with the board.
There is also a cheaper M52233DEMO (for $99) which comes with the BDM integrated into the board.
I've looked at the write-up for this particular board (found here), and it indicates that the kit comes with Codewarrior Special Edition, which should allow you to compile, download, and debug apps on the board.
