Writing data in Flash memory,MCF5223x

Are there any application note for writing data in Flash memoy of MCF5223x, to save some parameters.

I think you want to use 0x3fffc rather than 0x3ffff, to get a word-aligned address.

(I tried that with your code and it worked!)
