Where are the mechnical drawings for Coldfire processors?

After a solid 5 minutes of trying I am unable to find the mechnical drawings for the coldfire processors.

The Data sheet says:

"The latest package outline drawings are available on the product summary pages on http://www.freescale.com/coldfire.
Table 29 lists the case outline numbers per device. Use these numbers in the web page’s keyword search engine to find the latest
package outline drawings."

So I go to www.freescale.com/coldfire i then go to keyword search for "MCF52259 package outline", and what do you know, it only finds the data sheet that told me to search on that...

Maybe the data sheet should have AN ACTUAL LINK to the data, or, atleast tell you a keyword search, or maybe even have a link to the mechnical data...

Hi,

just go to the MCF5225x main page, select "Parametrics/Buy" ( http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=MCF5225X&nodeId=0162468rH3YTLC00M9&ta... ) and in the table click on the package aou are interested in.

Thanks. if only the data sheet said that! I tried searching on so many things, even the footprint name returns nothing...

We have been using HC05 and HCS08 for many years which have always had mecanical drawings in the data sheet.
