UART 2 Ethernet Converter

Hi Everyone,

I'm designing a UART 2 Ethernet convert PCB module. I've gone through a below link design

But I've 1 query whether if I use the MCF51CN ic, then does it have firmware inside to pass the data from uart to ethernet connector or vice versa, or I've upload a firmware?

Sorry, no the MCF51CN needs to be programmed
