What is the fastest speed available today ?

When are the 266Mhz parts expected to be avilable ?

   Yes they are available today.  Freescale buy direct website shows them in stock to purchase.   The fastest speed available is a core clock of 266MHz.   The MCF5445x family has a great set of peripherals available for embedded systems applications.  What type of application are you working on?
