Sorry for the confusion. We are working on clarifying this in the electrical specs, but you can currently find the assigned voltage rails for each signal (I/O) in the Chapter 2 "Signal Descriptions" portion of the of users/reference manual. Look in the sixth column (heading: Voltage Domain). It should have something like EVDD or SDVDD. These will correspond to voltage domains in the electrical specs.
