MCF5272 Boundary Scan Register

On page 475 of the MCF5272 datasheet, link below, it mentions the "boundary scan register." The contents of this register are on another datasheet on the old freescale website. A link is provided in the pdf, however that website no longer exists and I cannot access that document. After hours of searching I cannot find it. Does anyone have a copy or know where I can find this?
