Searching NXP's web site for "IBIS MCF" gets only three results. For MCF5227x, MCF5251 and MCF5249. The MCF5251 one dates from 2002. So you're about 20 years late in asking for one for that chip.The only difference I can tell between the MCF5251 and the MCF5271 is that the latter has two Ethernet controllers. Otherwise they should be pretty much identical. All the numbers in theMCF5251 IBIS file should apply to the other one.
Maybe NXP can find one for you that hasn't been put up on their server.
