Hello,
I am using MCF52233 MPU, but not using ADC.
Can I disconnect VDDA and VSSA pins from power lines? (Possible reduce power comsumption?)
If not, other question?
Can I replace Ferrite bead and L1 (filters of ADC power) with R0?

The datasheet says that analog supply voltage must be between 3.0V and 3.6V. So I guess it means no, you cannot disconnect analog supply. I suspect that even if you did, the ADC would still draw current from the digital supply through on-chip diodes (that are likely present.)

This should be safe.
